1. PCB Layout Design Team Coordinating:

Follow up of PCB layout design activity with close collaboration with design teams
Report activity to e-CAD manager
Support to e-CAD manager on financial topics and KPI’s
Manage Annual Appraisal Interviews & Trainings of e-CAD team in line with objectives assigned by e-CAD manager
Ensure proper deployment of methodology and standards

2. PCB Layout Design:

Occasional Schematic Capture using customer Global component library
Placement and routing per customer Design Layout Specifications and Guidelines
Drawings and manufacturing files output per customer standard procedures

3. Signal and Power Integrity analysis:

Train & support technically the users, be recognized as referent and a focal point of technical expertise and leadership in SI/PI
Provide PCBA layout feedback for improvements and create routing layout guideline for generic and specific High speed constraints PCBA (Memories, high speed serial I/F, etc …)
Write and maintain technical or methodological standards dedicated to e-CAD on High Speed electronics (design rules, methodologies, technologies …)
Deploy and promote these standards by creating/providing trainings through customer Technical Institutes (VTI) and in off-shore development sites.

Minimum 5 years of experience in PCB layout design, from single layer up to 12 layer boards with components populated on both sides. (0201, 0402, 0605, TQFP, BGA, μvias, etc…)
Ideally PCB Layout previous experience in high speed electronics in the automotive area is a plus, but also others industries like telecom, computers, consumer electronics can be considered.
Previous experience on Signal / Power Integrity analysis would be a plus..

During Product Development:

Surveys technologies and proposes roadmaps to project teams, supports the design teams during the component specification and selection : collects needs from P2/P1 teams, organises meetings with suppliers, exchanges with group components experts, set up roadmaps for specific components related to his/her PL,
Pushes for component standardization: is perfectly aware about group standardization rules: supplier panels, preferential lists, design checker rules, customer general specification, … Deploys these rules and push for standardisation in his/her PL : supplier selections, automotive series, customer preferential lists, dual sourcing, etc…
In the BOM reviews:identifies and asses the risks: not qualified, not automotive, single source, or end of life parts, new suppliers. Proposes and follow-up the risks mitigation plans and the standardization plans. Tracks monthly the qualification rate of the components and set an alert if a risk of delay is foreseen.
Contributes to qualification of electronic components for his/her PL: Helps project teams to well specify their needs (APSS, specific requirements), Completes qualifications by analysing PPAPs and leading additional qualification tasks if needed : specific qual-plans, technological analyses, reviews at suppliers (qual, design, test), Records and maintains updated qualification data in customer database (PLM).

After SOP:

Supports requalifications incase of component changes (PCN): Participates to the PCN monthly reviews, estimates risks and proposes qualification plans, leads Product qualifications in his/her PL in connection with P0 manager.
Supports SQA incase of major component quality issues: Is in solved in QRQC process, contributes to establish Lessons Learn Cards for generic issues (cross-fertilization)

In any case:

Applies and deploys the components related procedures: is perfectly aware about all components related specifications and procedures (General specifications, qualification, BOM reviews,…) and trains project teams to these procedures.
Updates the customer Components databases: records all the qualification data in the customer PLMComponents database and maintains updated qualification status. Links new sources to existing family qualifications (generic PQP) when it is relevant. Support PL SQA in case of SRM PQA process linked to a component.

In Elektrofahrzeugen (BEV, PHEV) stellen Ladetechnologien eine zentrale Rolle dar. Hierfür wird ein Spezialist/-in im Bereich Ladetechnologien gesucht.

Die Spezifikation des Ladefunktionsumfangs und die Identifikation von sich daraus ergebenden Anforderungen.

Für neue Ladekonzepte/-technologien erstellen Sie bei Bedarf einen gemeinsamen Kosten/ Nutzen Business Case mit dem Produktmanagement.
Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Ladetechnologieanforderungen in die entsprechenden Komponenten- (Hard- und Software) und Systemlastenhefte verankert werden.
Darüber hinaus führen Sie die Funktionsimplementierung und Integration ins Gesamtfahrzeug, sowie die Verifikation an Teilsystemprüfstände, Labcar und im Gesamtfahrzeug herbei.
Eine effiziente Integration und Verifikation der Ladefunktionen stellen Sie durch Ihr Problemmanagement sicher.
