Job description:
- He is responsible for defining, with customer System experts, the System Engineering strategy at customer Group level.
- He leads the building and deployment of system related methodology, standards and technical expertise across customer System métier network.
- He strongly promotes expertise in order to fasten deployment of customer System Engineering standards within operational entities.
- With his department, he manages deployment of System Design Review activities on customer projects.
- With his department, he develops Services Lines in System Engineering in order to support system engineering activities on customer projects.
- He organizes technical support / audits on projects regarding System Engineering.
- He manages the System Standardization Committee.
- He defines and manages innovative System Engineering projects in order to provide system technology ”bricks”, with strong interactions with other expertise engineers from and operational entities.

- He interfaces with the car manufacturers and suppliers regarding System Engineering topics
Skills:
- Strong experience in engineering of electronics embedded products (software, and hardware) > 15 years
- Substantial achievements in project management or/and changemanagement.
- Master engineering norms such as CMMI and Automotive SPICE
- Excellent knowledge of system tools (SysML, Reqtify, Doors …) and supporting processes tools (configuration, variants, change…)
- Knowledge of engineering organization and related interacting disciplines: system validation, functional safety, automatic control, software, mechanics and electronics.
- Excellent listening, issues and stakes understanding, synthetic approach.
- Excellent Leadership (Vision, Service), Empowerment, Team Player, Interpersonnal skills.
- German and English languages.
