Your Tasks:
- Prepare, perform and analyse 1D simulations with Dymola and Kuli
- Define optimal exchangers sizing meeting customer and cost targets
- Support the Concept and System Development Teams
Your Skills:
- Support the Concept and System Development Teams for Customer North Europe regarding follow up of R&D projects and simulations on components, like heat exchangers, and on cooling system level for all German and North European car manufacturers
- Setup of 1D-thermal simulation models, simulation and post-processing
- Correlation of simulation results with vehicle and component tests
- Technical presentations to customer R&D network and to our customers is in your perimeter
- Your projects will start from advanced development activities with future technologies to the development of the next vehicle generations
Teamwork

- Excel VBA (for internal tool)
- Engine cooling products and cooling systems
- Microsoft Office (main focus Powerpoint and Excel)
- Communicative, experience in holding presentations
- Organized, solution-oriented thinking
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Welcome skills
- Knowledge of automotive industry and its relevant technologies.
- Knowledge in thermodynamics, aerodynamics and thermal systems
- Knowledge in 1D thermal simulation, especially GT-Cool, Flowmaster
- Knowledge in CATIA V5 would be perfect
- German (spoken and written)
