Ihre Aufgaben:
- Leads the cross-functional team with assigned to a project.
- Reporting to head of Product Line Trailer
- Drives projects with “entrepreneurial spirit” (project success, customer satisfaction).
- Agrees targets and gates with Champion and Product Owner.
- Agrees product scope and requirements with the Product Owner.
- Plans and steers the project (all work packages) in terms of time, cost and quality.
- Attends AGILE ceremonies in order to plan and monitor software & system development activities (and other disciplines running AGILE) .
- Defines resource requirements and plans/controls on the level of generic resources (committed by responsible Line Manager).
- Proposes project organization in agreement with Champion and Product Owners.
- Leads and tailors the project according to PDC (product development and commercialization).
- Monitors work packages of team members.
- Plans, monitors and directs the project based on targets agreed with the Product Owners / steering committee.
- Reports project status and target achievement to Champion/ Steering Committee/ Stakeholders.
- Performs Pre-Gate Review (Core Team) and prepares Gate Review (Steering Committee) to release phase.
Ihre Qualifikationen:
- Wirtschaftsingenieur mind. Master / Diplom-Studiengang
- Projektmanagement mind. über 3 Jahre
- MS-Office mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen
- Deutsch mind. versiert
- Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher
