Ihre Aufgaben:
- Preparing and monitoring the R&D budget in the respective project
- Drawing up the project plan in cooperation with the R&D specialist departments
- Daily follow-up of the project plan and, if necessary, introduction of corrective measures
- Functional management of the employees assigned to the project (across full V-cycle)
- Follow-up the individual R&D work packages with a strong SW focus
- Shaping the project implementation & validation strategy and priorities (e.g. maturity grade planning, SW build & test cycles)
- Driving the ticket analysis and resolution processes (burn down)
- Maintain close contact with the client’s technical decision makers
- Accountable for the deliverables of R&D due to ensure the success of the project
- Direct reporting to the commercial project manager who is in charge of the customer project, including sales, purchasing, quality, and industrialization
Ihre Qualifikationen:
- University degree in electrical/SW engineering or equivalent education
- 8+ years of professional experience in the field of automotive system development (electrical / SW), preferably in ADAS domain
- 5+ years of project management / management experience Team skills, social competence and a purposeful, structured way of working
- Self-initiative, high flexibility and communication / negotiation skills
- English fluent, German optional
