Your tasks:
- Operational Controlling: Proactive cost controlling, ongoing investment controlling; commentary and reconciliations for the responsible area; processing of purchase and personnel requests
- Period Closings: Monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Ensuring completeness of all bookings and accruals for the area, including allocation of relevant IC (InterCompany / affiliated companies) expenses/revenues and responsibility for accruals and provisions for the assigned area
- Planning: Planning of primary operating costs for the area, including investment planning; coordination and validation of headcount planning and its assessment
- Special Tasks: Taking on special projects within Knorr-Bremse Systeme für Schienenfahrzeuge GmbH (Controlling)
Your skills:
- Comparable qualification: at least vocational training with many years of professional experience
- Business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification: at least bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling.
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office
- Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP, SAP-FI (Finance) and SAP/R3
- German and English at least business fluent
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Independent working style, coordination and integration skills, assertiveness
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- High sense of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent
- Ability to perform under pressure during high workloads
- Mobile working is possible for up to 40% of the regular weekly working hours (excluding the onboarding period).
