Your Tasks:
- Derivation and documentation of requirements for innovative design concepts for CVs
- Detailed component design (3D, 2D, BOM) for commercial vehicle applications (w/ CREO)
- Performing tolerance calculations, thermal calculation and lifetime calculations (strength durability) of relevant components
- Detailed alignments with suppliers on prototype sample manufacturing
- Involvement in integration testing and optimization
- Support Quality, Testing and Production
- Creation of technical documentation (supplier and customer specification)
Your Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanic or Mechatronic Engineering
- Deutsch, Englisch (business fluent)
- Minimum 3 years experience in automotive design and commercial vehicle architectures
- Minimum 3 years experience in structural, lifetime and tolerance calculations or simulations
- Teamwork spirit, enthusiasm and creativity
- Good communication skills, flexibility and interest in innovations
- High degree of personal responsibility, motivation and strategic thinking, combined with hands-on mentality
- Analytic thinking
