Ihre Aufgaben:
- Supporting strategic initiatives inside Indirect Purchasing (e.g. Optimus, process improvements etc)
- Development of tenders/RFQs on regional and global level
- Managing supplier communication
- Supplier negotiations
- Collaboration with local/site stakeholders
- Transformation support: Offload local team members during the organizational transformation of some tactical/strategic tasks
- Collection of Purchasing data to support strategy development
- Preparing sourcing cases for sourcing boards
- Managing supplier relationships and performance
- Implementation of sourcing strategies
- Supporting P2P process (in eg SRM)
Ihre Qualifikationen:
- Betriebswirtschaft mind. Bachelor-Studiengang
- MS-Office mind. detaill. Spezialkenntnisse
- SAP/SRM mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen
- Deutsch und Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher
Weitere Qualifikationen:
- 3-5 year experience of indirect or direct purchasing
- Capability to lead negotiations
- Project leadership across internal functions
- Contracting: managing supplier relationships
- Internal stake holder communication: interaction with HR, Legal, Engineering to coordinate activites related to related services
- International/regional experience of working in distributed teams
