Ihre Aufgaben:

Training set-up

  • Identification of training needs for each roll-out phase of the software
  • Creation and improvement of learning concept and long-term structure including scope, content and media for training
  • Analysis of affected stakeholders, roles and sites

Training framework

  • Identify and contact worldwide stakeholder for training at relevant sites Coordination of training organization
  • Forming of a long-term user community for know-how assurance

Assurance of training quality

  • Measure and analysis of the training performance and its success and execution Assurance that delivered training material meets needed quality
  • Maintaining of global user groups with focus on training
  • Support and strengthen the key-user community

Management of change (MoC)

  • Realization of a stakeholder-specific communication
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders
  • Create, update and distribute communication material (e.g. Newsletters, Intranet)
Key Skills

  • Expertise in training for business software / IT solutions Experience in product and system development processes Experience in organizational changes
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Ability to abstract complex issues
  • Knowledge of modern education, training and communication methods Structuring, planning and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge in requirements management
  • Awareness of quality of learning measures and materials
  • Fluent communication in German and English

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Projektmanagement, Sozialwissenschaften oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mind. Bachelor-Studiengang
  • Projektmanagement mind. über 2 Jahre
  • MS-Office, MS-Project mind. detaill. Spezialkenntnisse
  • optional Kenntnisse in PTC Integrity und PTC Windchill
