Your tasks:
- Analysis of customer requirements for mechatronic HMI systems
- Clarification of unclear points
- Evaluation of manufacturability
- Development of concept
- Creating and maintaining the CAD data
- Participate in project meetings
- Management of simulations and prototypes
- Create and maintain bill of materials
- Definition and pursuit of product optimization
- Define and track changes
- Compliance with the cost, quality and schedule requirements
- Application of quality tools and guidelines of the automotive development
- Compliance with the development plan in different stages
- support of suppliers and production sites
Your skills:
- CATIA V5 experience
- Development experience for plastic components and mechatronic
- Knowledge of injection molding, plastics, surface finishes
- (eg. painting / lasering, electroplating, PVD, high gloss surfaces)
- Knowledge of processes in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA
- English and German fluent
